Frequently Asked Questions

Our products are classified into three categories to help you easily understand their condition:

1. New with Tags (NWT) : Brand-new items, never worn, with original tags attached. These may be purchased in-store, or directly from the manufacturer.
2. Pre-Loved (Used): Previously owned items that may show signs of wear. Each item's condition will be detailed in the description.
3. Pre-Loved with Tags: Items that were previously owned but never worn, still with their original tags attached.

We currently only accept PayPal as form of payment.

All sales are final.   We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, regardless of whether the item is new or pre-owned.   Please read our terms and conditions.

At this time we only service the United States market and ship only to verifiable residential and business address.  

 Currently, we do not offer reservation or hold services. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend purchasing the item as soon as possible to ensure you don't miss out. 

 While we may restock some sold-out items from manufacturers, we cannot guarantee that all products will be restocked. Our items are often limited or one-of-a-kind, so we recommend grabbing your favorites before they’re gone!
