Return, Refund & SHIPPING Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We offer a curated selection of one-of-a-kind, pre-owned, and limited production of brand-new clothing and accessories. Due to the unique nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, regardless of whether the item is new or pre-owned.

Please carefully review your purchase before completing your transaction. We encourage you to ask questions about the items, including size, condition, or any specific details, as we are happy to provide additional information to help you make an informed decision.

Important Notes:

• No Returns or Exchanges: Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
• All Sales Are Final: This applies to both new and pre-owned items. We are unable to offer refunds or store credits.
• Condition of Items: All pre-owned items are thoroughly inspected and described to the best of our ability. Any imperfections will be noted in the product listing. New items will be in unused, brand-new condition unless otherwise stated.

At My Lively Boutique, we strive to provide accurate product availability and pricing information. However, there may be instances where we need to cancel an order due to the following reasons:

• Stock Errors: In the rare case that an item is unavailable due to an inventory error or oversight, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
• Item Sold Before Removal: If an item is sold out before it was removed from the website or if the item becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we may cancel the order and notify you immediately. A full refund will be issued.
• Suspected Fraud or Unauthorized Activity: If we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or any violation of our terms of service, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We may also contact the customer for verification of details before proceeding with the cancellation.

In any case where an order is canceled, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund to the original payment method.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that My Lively Boutique may cancel orders for the reasons listed above.

Currently, we service only the US Market.  We only ship within the United States and do not offer shipping to international destinations. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will cause an order cancellation. 

• Shipping Address Restrictions: We only ship to residential and business addresses within the United States. We do not ship to forwarding services, hotels, motels, or other similar addresses.
• Order Cancellations for Invalid Addresses: If an order is placed with a shipping address that falls outside of our accepted categories (such as a forwarding service or hotel), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you of the cancellation promptly.
